Allison Luckett, President
Born and raised in Louisville, KY.
Graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Interpreting for Deaf and Hard Of Hearing.
She started in the insurance industry in 2008 and founded KIW Insurance in May 2015. She strives to take as much confusion out of insurance as possible for clients.
Allison is very proud of her 2 children, granddaughter, and 3 Great Danes. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, fitness, and crafting.

Andrea Fowler, Vice President
Andrea has been helping clients with their insurance needs for over 20 years. She grew up in Henderson, KY and has lived in Louisville for 22 years.
She graduated from Centre College in 1998 with a degree in Sociology/Anthropology. During her senior year of college, both grandfathers were diagnosed with cancer. It was hearing how having additional insurance protection helped save them from having to tap into retirement, savings, etc. to travel out of state for treatment that her passion for helping others with their insurance needs was born. She became a licensed insurance agent in 1998 after graduating from college.
Andrea is a very proud mother of 3 beautiful children and enjoys spending time with friends and family. She enjoys DIY projects and supports her community by volunteering at various non-profits.

Vanessa Boaz, Insurance Advisor
Vanessa was born and raised in Western Kentucky. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration. In her free time, she loves camping, backpacking, and being outdoors. Vanessa spent many years working for the Boy Scouts of America. After graduating from WKU, Vanessa attained 10 years of experience as a retail buyer for a local outdoor store in Bowling Green, Ky. In her desire to help others, Vanessa decided to take a chance in the insurance industry! At the end of the work day, you can find her taking her dog for a walk and reading a book.

Chris Wrightsel, Insurance Advisor
Chris was born and raised in Louisville, KY. Graduated from Ballard High School. He has worked in the insurance industry since 2017. He enjoys watching sports, cooking, and spending time with friends. He strives to make finding insurance as easy as possible for his clients.
At the end of the workday, you can find him spending time with his sons, Jackson and Brady, and possibly hunting down the best food in Louisville.

Sam Olson, Client Services Manager
Sam was born in Michigan and has a deep love for all things Pure Michigan! However, her family moved to the coast of North Carolina in 2019 where the ocean has become home. She has been in the financial & insurance industry since 2015. Growing up a third-generation monumental mason working in the shop with her father from childhood, with an award winning emergency response nurse as a mom; Life Insurance, Employee Benefits, Long-Term Care, Home and Auto Insurance, Commercial Insurance, and all things insurance related, is a privilege to be able to assist clients with the coverage, coordination, maintenance, or placement of. With a deep-rooted passion for helping, insurance is her way of being able to provide people with a safety net to be there for you when you expect it the least but need it most. Sam is the proud mom of a six-year-old little girl, a 13 year old Ragamuffin cat, a 28-year-old Tennessee Walker, and a 19-year-old Mini Donkey! If she isn’t at her desk working remotely, chances are she is at the beach finding shark teeth with her little mermaid.
